Hi, I am Danny Disque, President of the364. Founded by my cousins, Joseph and Jake Gagliano, the364 is youth-led volunteer organization dedicated to helping those in need. I joined the “family business” as a volunteer in 2021, later served as Vice President, and became President in 2025. Today, Joe and Jake serve on the364’s Advisory Committee, continuing to support our mission as we grow our team of teens and young adults committed to making a difference in our community and in people's lives.

2020 was a memorable year for the world in general, and America in particular. Like many of us, my cousins and I had  always been inspired by the holidays to help others in need, but that year we tried to do a little bit more around the holidays. However, when the holidays were over and we thought about everyone we had recently helped. It occurred to us that their problems and needs didn't disappear just because the calendar turned to 2021. 

At the364, we applaud volunteering once a week, once a year, or even once in a lifetime. Our goal is simply to encourage that motivation and inspire more people to get involved. By bringing together our peers, we can accomplish so much good through fundraising, volunteering, and donating our time. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of those who need positivity the most.
